MOJO MOTORCYCLES STATEMENT – CFMOTO RIDE APP SUBSCRIPTION UPDATE

Mojo Motorcycles Pty Ltd (Mojo), distributor of CFMOTO in Australia, acknowledges recent CFMOTO owner feedback regarding the global rollout of subscription fees for the CFMOTO RIDE App.
We appreciate that all CFMOTO RIDE App users are CFMOTO owners and value our customers’ total CFMOTO experience. Accordingly, Mojo has communicated app user feedback to the manufacturer (the owner and developer of the CFMOTO RIDE App).
Subsequently, the manufacturer and app owner, Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co. Ltd., has advised Mojo that it intends to implement the following commercial arrangements for Australian users of the CFMOTO RIDE App:
1) For existing users of the CFMOTO RIDE App (being users who paired a CFMOTO vehicle with a user account in the app on or before 14 August 2025)
CFMOTO (Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd.) intends to provide 24 months of complimentary access to the CFMOTO RIDE App for existing users in Australia on the following basis:
• Existing users will not be charged subscription fees during the 24 month period beginning on 15 August 2025 and ending on 14 August 2027.
• The complimentary period will take effect in the app without any additional requirements from the existing user.
• After the complimentary period ends, existing users can choose to continue with a paid subscription or opt out.
• Eligibility for this complimentary period is based on the date a vehicle was first paired with the app.
2) For new users of the CFMOTO RIDE App (being users who paired a CFMOTO vehicle with a user account in the app between 15 August 2025 and 14 August 2027 inclusive)
CFMOTO (Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd.) intends to provide 24 months of complimentary access to the CFMOTO RIDE App for new users commencing from the date a vehicle is first paired with a user profile in the app on the following basis:
• New users will not be charged subscription fees for a 24 month period beginning on the date a vehicle is first paired to a user profile in the app and ending 24 months after that date.
• The complimentary period will take effect in the app without any additional requirements from the new user.
• After the complimentary period ends, new users can choose to continue with a paid subscription or opt out.
• Eligibility for this complimentary period is based on the date a vehicle was first paired with the app.
“Paired” (also referred to as “bound”) means when a CFMOTO vehicle is first successfully linked to a user account in the CFMOTO RIDE App.
Mojo is advising CFMOTO RIDE App users of the above commercial arrangement on behalf of the owner and developer of the CFMOTO RIDE App. Mojo is not communicating this arrangement in its own name or as distributor of CFMOTO vehicles. Accordingly, Mojo can make no representation that the above arrangement will occur or proceed as stated.
Important clarifications
Who supplies the app:
The CFMOTO RIDE App is owned and supplied by a third-party, Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd. When you download, install, and use the app, you enter into a separate agreement with that company under its terms, conditions and policies. The CFMOTO RIDE App is not supplied, controlled, or operated by Mojo. Mojo has no control over the app’s services, their availability, or pricing.
Connectivity capability vs. app service:
Certain CFMOTO vehicles sold in Australia are equipped with connectivity capability via an onboard T-Box system. All vehicles advertised by Mojo as having connectivity capability continue to have that capability. Connectivity capability in the vehicle is distinct from the CFMOTO RIDE App service and features which are supplied separately by Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co. Ltd.

Mojo makes no representation or claim about the availability, pricing, or continuity of services supplied through the CFMOTO RIDE App. Vehicle connectivity capability (hardware) remains as advertised; the app is an optional service delivered by Zhejiang CFMOTO Power Co., Ltd. and may be subject to change and subscription costs at any time.
T-Box System
The CFMOTO RIDE App requires activation of a vehicle’s T-Box, installation of the CFMOTO RIDE app on a compatible smartphone, and active network coverage. Changes to the CFMOTO RIDE app do not affect the vehicle’s T-Box system capability.
Ongoing feedback
Mojo routinely passes market feedback from Australia to the manufacturer and will continue to do so in relation to the reception and use of the CFMOTO RIDE App in our region.
